T Wilson & Associates, LLC is a Schenectady based professional construction services firm that provides program management, construction management, construction administration and construction/management consulting services for a broad variety of project types and companies.  Our staff’s areas of expertise range from academic and research facilities to aquariums; from new office campuses to performing arts theaters. 

Our services also include feasibility studies, mortgage monitoring and scheduling for Owners and Banks as well as cost and document control systems consulting and internal management consulting for Construction Companies.  We continue to apply these capabilities to broad spectrum of project and companies from major commercial renovation-fast track construction to new residential buildings.
