T Wilson & Associates, LLC was hired by Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority to provide financer’s representation/staff extension services for the Proctor’s Theater addition and renovation project.

The Proctor’s Theater is the historic "Crown Jewel" of downtown Schenectady. This wonderful, historic vaudeville theater consisting of 2,700 seats will be expanded from 67,000 sq. ft. to 132,000 sq. ft. of operations space. This work is to include expansion and technical upgrade of the main stage house. In addition, the adjoining building, the former Carl Company, will be renovated to contain the main stage support for Proctor’s Theater as well as a new 450 seat Black Box Theater with large format imaging, like IMAX and IWERKS. This exciting 22 million dollar project is scheduled for completion in 2005. |
